Canceling or amending orders
Please contact our customer service staff to know the progress of the order. If your order has already started to be produced, a certain fee will be charged. If the order has not started, you can get a full refund. But please note that orders can not be canceled after items are sent out.

Refunds
Processed refunds are completed within 5 business days. Refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
